Pure Programming in an interview is not a good thing for any potential employer. The one thing that you should remember when you are preparing for an interview is to remember that you shouldn’t fall for all of the hype that some people have. If you are having doubts about whether you would be a good fit for a job, you should discuss these doubts with the recruiter before you ever sit down for an interview.

Even if you feel as if you are prepared and you think that you know everything that is being asked of you in a real life interview, you should still be prepared to answer a few questions that are not going to be answered by your resume. These types of questions will help you show your real professionalism and commitment to the company.

As with anything in life, you never know when you will find yourself with a new job. However, when you do find yourself in this position, you will probably have to do your best to get hired. because you could be the one making the final call when the job is done. So, do not let anything get in your way of your new career.
