Setting up your own Chyrp website is the quickest way with the SoftAculous Installation. You will also get a notice when a new Chirp version is out so you always have a current and safe version available.

The first thing you want to do to start off your Chirp installation is to go to Install New Software in your Control Panel. If you are installing an existing hosting account, just open that first. If you are not using one, the easiest method is to download the installer from the official website and follow its instructions.

If you are running a Windows installer, you may find that the program you have is a bit difficult to use. Once you have it installed, just follow the onscreen directions to create your first website. For more detailed instructions, you can check the website or email support for Chirp. Then click Install Now to install the Chirp software.

Next, you need to download the Chirp CD/DVD to your hard drive. Follow the onscreen directions to burn the CD. When you have finished this step, you should be ready to login to your hosting account. Just click on the default username and password and then type the server name you are using to host your website and Chirp will be on your side.

Just follow the onscreen directions to set up a simple command line web browser that you can use to get help, add files, and manage your accounts. Just remember to use a user name and a password so that Chirp can protect itself from anyone with the same name.

When you are finished with setting up your website, you will need to log into your control panel and login using your username and password you chose when you set up Chirp. This time, you will see a section of buttons called “Chirp Setup”. Click this button to begin installing Chirp on your system.

After you have installed Chirp, you will need to configure the installation to work with your hosting account. To do this, click on the settings button which says “Chirp Installation”. In this area, you will need to enter the information about your hosting account including the URL and username and password you created when you installed Chirp.

The final step in this step is to test your installation by navigating to a site you want to use to add a link to your website. for example, you can add your blog or website address. Click the link and then click the link you want to use for your new link.

When you have made all your changes, click on the links and click Install Now. When you have finished installing Chirp, your website should be set up and ready to go.

If you would like, you can create additional domains for your site so that you can start adding your own Chirp links. You can also add more domains to your Chirp account to serve as backup domains if you need to move your existing website to a different location. After creating an additional domain, you will need to add it to your control panel. and select the “Domain” link which will be located at the top of the page.

You will then click on the link that says “Add Domain”, where you will enter the URL of the domain you want to use as your primary domain. Once you have added the new domain to your control panel, you will need to add the domain to your hosting control panel. and then click the “OK” button to add the domain to your account.

Once your website is hosted on the new website, you will need to activate your hosting account by following the onscreen instructions. Once activated, you will see the option to add the domain to the list of “Settings” which is located at the top of the control panel. If your website is already activated and up and running, you will see a link to the right of the “Settings” link that says “Site Settings”.

Select this link and you will then see a list of buttons for the hosting site you are working with. Click the link to continue browsing through the various settings and options of your Chirp site.
