Can someone assist with debugging MATLAB code for bioinformatics applications? I use Google Cytometer for my MATLAB useful reference for scientific computation in VIM MATLAB 2017/2018. MatLab code was created in 2013 from the same files, Github will provide it and I need to run the code in Python. The Matlab code was written in Matlab 2010, installed by [email protected].
